Does it work with virtual calls like Zoom or Teams?
Today, Healthcaresales AI works with phone calls handled through the platform. Support for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and additional virtual platforms is currently under development and will be released soon.
Does it work on both desktop and mobile?
Yes. Healthcaresales AI runs through the web app, which works on both your desktop and your smartphone browser. A dedicated mobile app will be introduced later.
Can my manager see my calls?
Yes — managers can view transcripts, summaries, and insights, and this access can be fully customized based on your organization's preferences and compliance needs.
What happens to recordings?
Healthcaresales AI does not store audio recordings. Instead: The audio stream is processed live, a transcript is created, and only the transcript is saved for coaching and CRM syncing. This reduces risk, simplifies compliance, and ensures sensitive audio never lives on our servers.
Is Healthcaresales AI HIPAA compliant?
We are not yet formally HIPAA certified, but the platform follows HIPAA-safe technical standards, including secure AWS hosting, encrypted data handling, and controlled access protocols. Full HIPAA certification and BAAs are in progress for healthcare enterprise customers.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored securely on AWS (U.S.), using industry-standard encryption and healthcare-grade infrastructure.
Does Healthcaresales AI integrate with my CRM?
CRM integrations are coming soon. Automatic syncing of transcripts, summaries, and call notes will be added for major CRMs including Salesforce, HubSpot, and more.
Does it work with medical-specific workflows?

Does it store PHI?
Transcripts may contain PHI depending on your use case. All transcripts are encrypted and stored on secure AWS systems. Audio is never stored, which significantly reduces PHI exposure risk.
Do you offer BAAs?
BAAs will be available as part of our HIPAA enterprise rollout scheduled for upcoming releases.
Do I need to install anything?
No installation needed. Healthcaresales AI runs directly through your web browser — nothing to download or configure.
Does it work for outbound calls?
Yes. The platform works for both outbound and inbound calls routed through Healthcaresales AI.
