Start Calls Like a Pro

Use the outbound section to launch your own calls. Select your industry template, confirm the client's number, and hit Start Call. The AI will call you first. "Answer it." He will then call the customer for you. When the client answers, you and AI are both listening. It's a seamless process that tracks and scores every call.

After each call, The AI generates a full summary with transcription, sentiment, and performance scores. Review your best lines, see what worked, and find patterns that help you close more deals with less effort.

Inbound calls

Your healthcaresales ai- number powers inbound calls

When you join, each user is assigned a unique healthcaresales ai number (find it in Settings). Share this number with providers or forward your main line to it. When someone dials that number, healthcaresales ai activates your phone and joins the call to listen, transcribe, and assist—keeping you compliant and clear.

  1. Locate your HealthcareSalesAI number in Settings (e.g., 725-777-7777).
  2. Share it with clinics/hospitals or route your office line to it.
  3. When it’s dialed, healthcaresales ai calls your phone; answer to connect. The caller is bridged in, and live coaching begins.

Outbound calls

Place calls from the Outbound tab

To reach a provider, use the Outbound Call tab in the agent portal. healthcaresales ai first rings your phone. After you answer, it dials the provider and joins the conversation. When they pick up, your desktop lights up with real-time prompts and transcription.

  1. Open Outbound Call in the portal.
  2. Enter the provider’s number (and choose a call template if available).
  3. Click Start Call. healthcaresales ai calls your phone; answer.
  4. It then calls the provider. Once they answer, coaching and transcription start immediately.
Tip: Keep the agent portal open during calls so guidance, notes, and documentation cues are visible.
